Expect a multi-stage interview process. That includes an HR screening call covering visa status, salary expectations, and notice periods, followed by two to three technical rounds often starting with a take-home assignment and moving into live problem-solving sessions, and finally a cultural fit conversation with the team and manager.


One thing to keep in mind, frequent job changes (switching roles every 12 to 18 months) read as a red flag here. Be ready to articulate why you're looking for something stable and long term.
